Return Policy
1) Return Policy:
We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify.
We provide custom dresses, only after you put the order ,then the dress will be made. So after you receive the dress, just because you don't like it, without any quality problems, we can not accept return. Hope understanding.
Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for:
Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress (please let us know if you have some exceptional case in advance)
- Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
- The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
- The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
- If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
- You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
- When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
- Please guarantee that the package is complete.
- Please fill in the return information provided by our customer service. (Do not change the information including telephone number, receiving address, value of the goods, etc. If we do not receive the returned package because the customer does not fill in the information as required, we will have the right to refuse the refund)
2) Custom taxes
Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.
3)Cancellation:
Order can be cancelled within 24 hours after order. You will receive full refund.
Order cancelled 24-48 hours, 80% of your payment + shipping cost will be refunded.
Order cancelled 48-72 hours, 50% of your payment + shipping cost will be refunded.
Order cancelled after 72 hours, can only be refunded the shipping cost.
4) Customized Items:
Special Orders are cut specifically for you. Orders cancelled within 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping fee and 60% of product purchase price. Orders cancelled over 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
